Don Dudek , , , Chairman

Mr. Dudek has held various roles with junior and senior exploration and mining companies over the past 28 years. Mr. Dudek currently serves as Senior VP Exploration for Avion Gold Corp. and prior to that, served as Exploration Manager for Aur Resources Inc. During his career Mr. Dudek was part of the team that discovered new VMS deposits in the N.W.T., Manitoba and Saskatchewan and a shear zone Au deposit in Manitoba that was mined. He also supervised work at Aur’s high profile La Verde Cu-porphyry deposit in Mexico. Mr. Dudek holds a B.Sc. Geology (honours) from the University of Saskatchewan.

Rene Bharti , , , Director

Mr. Rene Bharti has held roles in several public and private companies, including those in the resource, and other sectors. Mr. Bharti holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) degree from Queen's University, Canada. Mr. Bharti's experience in the mining industry will be important for the company's development of its projects in Nicaragua.

Dan Bruno , , , Director

Mr. Bruno is a Chartered Financial Analyst and a holds an MBA from the Schulich School of Business, at York University. He has over 15 years of investment experience. He commenced his career with the Ontario Teachers Pension Plan Board, and then transitioned to investment banking where most of his career was with GMP Securities Ltd as a Director in the Investment Banking group. Mr. Bruno also worked as a Managing Director of a US based investment bank.

Hon. Pierre Pettigrew , , , Director

Mr. Pettigrew is Executive Advisor, Deloitte & Touche LLP and is an advisor and board member of several publically traded companies. Mr. Pettigrew served as Canada’s Minister of Foreign Affairs and holds a BA in Philosophy from the University of Quebec and M. Phil. From Oxford University in England.

Will Randall , , , Director

Mr. Randall is a Professional Geologist whose experience includes management roles in both mineral exploration and production. During his career he has run, or participated in, exploration programs responsible for numerous discoveries and has taken deposits from the resource stage through to feasibility and production. Mr. Randall has recently served as VP Exploration for Rodinia Minerals, Liberty Mines and is Manager of Exploration at Forbes & Manhattan. Mr. Randall has worked extensively in South America throughout his career.
